The agri-restaurant of Felice Arletti for years reported among the best restaurants in Italy including Gambero Rosso and Slowfood publisher, pays tribute to the famous Maccarone di Canepina (Canepinese Hay): one of the province's gastronomic pride.
Our kitchen
In addition to the specialties of typical Canepinese cuisine, we like to transform the products of our land to restore value to food, respecting those who produce it and the places and seasons in which they are born. The menu includes ancient traditional local dishes reworked into original combinations of flavours.
