After 10 consecutive years of being reported in the prestigious Osteria d'Italia Slowfood guide, this year we are rewarded with the snail.
We are among the 272 best taverns in Italy, and among the 18 best restaurants in Lazio.
In these hard years, I have to thank my family Sonia Ciuchini and Mia Arletti, my mother Rosa and my father Franco.
