The glass & the star wins the trio of awards at Excellence Roma

The VIII edition of Excellence 2021, one of the most anticipated events in the field of Italian food and wine, ended yesterday.

Four days of tastings of Lazio and Italian excellences, from wine to cheese, from beer to oil to get to know the best in the Italian food and wine scene, with over 80 chefs - including many starred chefs - who accepted the challenge for the relaunch and the re-birth of the Italian food and wine sector through sustainability and the valorization of the territory.

As part of the Excellence event, the 2022 edition of the “Roma de La Pecora Nera Editore” guide was presented and the Calice e la Stella di Canepina was awarded with the “Lazio Region Award for having contributed to the valorisation of the agri-food of our region” and the Campagna Amica award organized by Coldiretti. And Special Mention for the valorisation of Evo Oil.

Triple award for Felice Arletti and his staff who for years have made the small tavern in Canepina a point of reference for the promotion of local cuisine and Lazio excellence in the Italian panorama.

“Another goal for us, another goal for all of Tuscia,” declares Arletti.

Since 2013 we have been in the best Italian food and wine guides, we have brought the cuisine of Tuscia to the national spotlight with our dishes on TV and in print. but despite this we continue to believe that there is still much to do and enhance.
