The restaurateur and gastronome George Barchiesi known by all as Giorgione one of the best known faces of Gambero Rosso Channel broadcast on SKY, has chosen the territories of the Cimini for four episodes of his new television program which aims to raise awareness of local food and wine excellence.
The new format “Giorgione at your house”. includes a visit to some food and wine producers in the company of a local expert with whom Giorgione will cook some dishes using the products he has had the opportunity to get to know.
The episode recorded with aired last weekend Felice Arletti patron of Chalice and the Star of Canepina, the AgriRistoro awarded this year with ben 5 national awards including the Chiocciola, the highest recognition for Slowfood Italian Osterias.
The episode “Giorgione at Felice's house”, in fact it was created together with the chef of Canepina, in Arletti's mother's house, where Giorgio Barchiesi, after a walk together looking for products, prepared a free-range chicken stuffed with chestnuts and apples, while Chef Arletti made hay Canepina with hazelnut sausage and wild fennel.

Being the man of his word that he is, he promised to visit me at home, but I didn't literally imagine. I had a lot of fun and there was an immediate professional understanding and a beautiful friendship was born.'

The series which will develop in four episodes , will see Giorgione as a guest in the kitchens of the homes of other inhabitants of Cimini, Today it is Italo Leali's turn in Ronciglione, with fish recipes from Lake Vico, in the next few days we will see Giorgione in the kitchen in Carbognano and Caprarola and the episodes will be broadcast from December to January, with several repeats in the following months.
