(NewTuscia) – VITERBO – There are no twos without threes: Tris of the young Canepinese innkeeper on TV, Friday 28 October at 12.00 on Rai 1, Felice Arletti, owner of the Il Calcie e La Stella tavern in Canepina, will once again bring the Tuscia food and wine under the national spotlight.
Invited by the management of the famous television program "La Prova del Cuoco" hosted by Antonella Clerici representing Lazio and Tuscia, Felice Arletti will prepare a live historical reinterpretation of beef stew, combining Castagne dei Cimini with Cannaiola di Marta.
Now the undisputed face of local food and wine promotion, after having shown the local agri-food riches such as hemp, legumes, cheeses and cured meats from Tuscia, this time he will talk about Chestnuts and Cannaiola, showing a basket of products made based on Chestnuts.
In fact, there are numerous companies involved by the young Canepinese, from Emanuele Isanti's pastry shop, Alice's Etoile, Fiorentini's bakery, dei Cimini's chestnuts, Gentile's creams from Caprarola, BioForno's products, Sambuco and Cannaiola from Martha.
The chef, who, among other things, has participated in the prestigious "Salone del Gusto in Turin" as the only representative of Slowfood Lazio for Hemp, and has been awarded 2 out of three prawns in the Italian guide of Gambero Rosso restaurants, confirms himself as a spokesperson for the territory, highlighting in these episodes the goodness of our typical dishes, ranging from the south to the north of Tuscia, strongly underlining the strong link that exists between agriculture, territory, history and local community.
The appointment is therefore set for Friday 28 October, at 12.00 on Rai Uno.
