Slow food awarded the Calice and the Stella di Canepina (VT) which has always been committed to promoting its territory. Tradition and Passion for the local food and wine of the Cimini Mountains and Tuscia Viterbese<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u201cA different way of conceiving catering, very little stereotyped, linked to agriculture and peasant tradition and set in the historic center of the medieval village of Canapina (VT). The furnishings used have familiar connotations and create a warm and loving atmosphere evoking images of past times. Also new is the proposal of a fixed and \u00e0 la carte menu linked to the seasonality of the products. Open for lunch and dinner only on Friday - Saturday - Sunday. Pasta such as \u201chaeno\u201d and Canepinesi \u201cceciliani\u201d are rigorously prepared by hand, the products used are fresh from the farms of Tuscia Viterbese. For the wines, a few small wineries with limited productions have been identified, always in the Tuscia area, able to offer a good quality \/ price ratio.<\/i><\/p>

The Alliance project was born in 2009 in Italy and is now active in over 25 countries.<\/p>

Being among the 300 chefs in Italy of the Slowfood cooks alliance is for us a source of pride and respect for our customers.<\/p>

The Slow Food Alliance is a pact between cooks and small producers to promote good, fair and clean local foods and to save biodiversity.<\/p>

The cooks of the Alliance using every day in their kitchens the products of farmers, breeders, cheesemakers, fishermen, winegrowers, artisans who produce with passion and respect for the land and their animals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We look for quality raw materials (local, sustainable and seasonal), telling the origin of the products we choose and know firsthand.<\/p>

In our menus you can find local products,Slow Food Presidia<\/a>, the products ofArk of Taste<\/a>, of the Earth Markets and Slow Food communities and we select only local products from virtuous productions, respectful of the environment and animal welfare.<\/p>

We undertake to report the names of the producers from which they supply us, to give prominence and visibility to their work and to be co-consumers, co-producers with you.<\/p>
